 March marks a significant celebration, National Women's Month, a testament to the tireless efforts of women fighting for equality, justice, and empowerment throughout history.


RA 8353 and RA 10364 are the samples of law to protect women in all cases. Republic act 8353, also known as the Anti-Rape law, this law recognize the gravity of rape as a crime againts person. It seeks to protect victims right. Also, Republic Act 10364, known as Anti- Trafficking in persons Act of 2012, this law strengthens the Philippines anti-trafficking framework.


National Women's Month celebrates progress toward gender equality, while RA 8353 and RA 10364 serve as testaments to the Philippines' commitment to protecting women's rights and dignity.
