Unity for Gender Equality

The theme "WE for Gender Equality and an Inclusive Society" highlights the importance of unity in building a world where everyone, regardless of gender, is treated fairly and given equal opportunities. The word "WE" emphasizes that gender equality is a shared responsibility—something that requires the collective effort of individuals, communities, and institutions. It reminds us that progress is only possible when everyone works together to break barriers and create a society where no one is left behind. An inclusive society is one where people, regardless of gender identity, background, or status, have access to education, career opportunities, and leadership roles. It means eliminating discrimination and ensuring that everyone’s voice is heard and valued. Achieving this requires continuous advocacy, education, and policy changes that promote equal rights. More than just awareness, action is needed to create real and lasting change. Ultimately, this theme serve...

Our Journey During CBR

Image
Through surveys, interviews, and field observations, we gathered valuable information that shaped our findings. Analyzing the data allowed us to identify key patterns and propose meaningful solutions to the issue at hand. Despite facing challenges along the way, such as time constraints and data collection hurdles, our teamwork and perseverance helped us overcome them. We undertook a really hands-on data collection process within the community through surveys, interviews, and observations from the actual individuals. The very first experience of this method gave us real insight into their problems or their everyday life experiences. Though sometimes there were interpersonal challenges, team analysis of the data required critical thinking and patience as we attempted to find patterns and reach conclusions. This was, however, surmountable due to the sacrifices made with our teamwork as we have experienced hurdles along the way but still managed to complete this process. As we finis...
